  On October 6th , I ordered 2 ft Longs and I ordered directly from my app. I went to go inside to grab my order, the cashier proceeded to say, my order was canceled. I said the order doesn't show canceled on the app it shows to pick it up in 5 minutes so I'm here to pick up my food. She said I tried calling you twice but it didn't go through. I was confused on what calling me has anything to do with her canceling my order or me getting my food. She proceeded to say it's a large order and it came out fraudulent, my food was 14$ so thats b.s. She also said my cell phone number doesn't match my app cell but it was my old New York City cell phone number. They really refuse to give me my food or a refund because they think it's fraudulent. Even though I showed them my app, my bank, so they can see i was charged, I even went out of my way to show my ID and they really refuse to give me my food because it was "fraudulent" she called the manager and he told me the same thing. I will never be coming to this place again. There's no reason why something like this should happen especially at 10:00 p.m. They were also rude. I wanted to speak to corporate but they didn't give me any information. Don't come here unless you want to run around.

  Fresh subs! They keep it original, definitely worth every penny. I’d highly recommend it, they have treated me with professional customer service & have been patient with me when I take my time to order. They haven’t let me down after a hard day of work. Keep up the good work & good customer service.
