  Big Shout out to Gabby in customer service!!! Flower/balloon shop was closed and I really needed birthday balloons for my sons birthday, and so Gabby said she would assist me and did an amazing Job!!! She must be the real flower/balloon person cause it was perfect!!!

  I went tonight and when me and my family were looking for flowers for a loved one, a women who seemed to be a manager/ supervisor with dark curly hair and glasses was making faces at us for simply looking around. I also went tonight to customer service if they possibly cashed checks because that was one of their services they offered in the past, and a white boy with brunette hair and was about 5’10” in height. Who also seemed to be a supervisor/ manager, gave me the worst facial expression when I asked and said no we don’t immediately turning his back. How can those who are supervisors/ managers be so rude to customer as if it’s anyone’s fault that they’re working that night. Everyone should be welcomed with a positive customer service attitude rather than the treatment me and my family were given for no apparent reason. Also those in managerial and supervisor positions should be an example to the staffing on how to treat customers.It ridiculous and honestly displeasing.

  Customer service not good low quality workers don't care just a couple of days ago. I was yelled at by one of the baggers to hurry up that the person behind me had a alot of stuff When it wasn't even my fault that it took so long it was the cashier's fault that counted the money wrong, They also allow pets and call them emotional support animals not taking account that people have allergies towards animals. back in the day, this would've been a violation from the border of health if you're gonna win to allow animals in your store, then you might as well allow no shirt and no shoes They're also not allowed to question the customer about the emotional support animal, which means that a customer can come in with any animal that they feel like well if that's the case then emotional support animals can be dogs, horses, snakes, cows, pigs all animals shed skin and hair. Some of them actually carrying diseases some of them actually have no control over their bodily functions and piss and take a shit everywhere not to mention the self checkout line, making the cashier in the workers life easier, but yet still charging full price on the products you gotta ring it up yourself and you get a bag at yourself today I walk into the LYNN, Massachusetts Stop & Shop to buy eight small cans of cat food there was nobody in line. Only one register open in the cashier looked at me and said I had to wait for a customer to go get a few more things that she forgot so I had to sit there for several minutes. Wait for the customer to come back with a few things that she forgot and then let her finish ringing up and back up her stuff before I can get my eight cans of cat food ringing up the quality of service in the LYNN Massachusetts store is absolutely disgusting. Also not to mention it's demographically set up. I have a friend that lives in Swampscott, Massachusetts and uses their Stop & Shop and he tells me about the products that they have and I'm sitting here in LYNN MASS, Stop & Shop and I'm like I don't have that. I don't have that. I don't have that it's come to the point where I'm not gonna use LYNN MASS Stop & Shop anymore then I'm gonna pay for a cab or Uber or my friend to bring me out of the city and go to swampscott Stop & Shop for way better customer service and better products and more variety and a cleaner atmosphere and more polite workers!!! 💯🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
