I never bothered to ask for the manager Because, the last time I had a similar experience, I asked for the manager, her response was “ if you don’t like it, don’t come back, She does not deserve to be a manager

We did not feel rushed and she continued to help us with our complicated full order. I now live on the west coast and could not have had a better welcoming to the East Coast visit then. A very kind and pleasant East Coast Dunkin donuts 🙂
