We waited for several minutes, even though there wasn't a line, and it wasn't until several minutes later that a female employee finally took our order. We wanted wake-up wraps, but they were out, which is weird because it's a pretty common item. So we asked if they had chicken wraps, and she ran over to the kitchen to ask. Then we asked if they had avocado toast, and she ran back to the kitchen to ask again. After we finally ordered, I saw her and a customer swearing at each other. Plus, I will say that we didn’t wait long for the food and coffees, but the coffee was watery, and the employee told the customer to her face that she didn’t care and had a bad attitude when the customer wanted a drink made a specific way. However, this employee was respectful to me. Either way, swearing is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
