- BBblaydMar 1, 20261.0I ordered a six dollar Matcha latte and it got done completely wrong I ordered with cream and I got it with milk and whipped cream and then when I went through the drive-through to complain the nice cashier said he would redo it for me until the manager told him no and then when I went inside to understand why he couldn’t, the manager was very rude, which is weird considering how managers are the ones they’re supposed to fix issues. I was very dissatisfied and he didn’t even give me any other solution or offer to fix it.

- AVAlexander VicenteOct 25, 20251.0Went there with my mom who is a senior citizen the girl making the sandwiches today had red hair was so rude to her, she was throwing the bag of food to people yelling the order fast hardly could hear her then when mom didn't get her bag was met with such an attitude the lady was calling the wrong order she was yelling pepper bacon when she ordered maple sugar maybe if she yelled the right order it wouldn't upset her when people don't hear their order should be reprimanded awful personality talking about customers so everyone could hear
