Spoke to the manager Leah and knew automatically there had to be an issue with drugs or something because she seemed way off. Was on her phone FaceTiming while handling us customers. Talking to the employees like they were beneath her. I tried to explain several times about not having the correct order and felt like I was being brushed off by her. Finally, a young lady came and apologized and provided the correct order. I don’t know how there can be someone like that managing this location. I just know they can do better!

- JCJennifer CottoOct 24, 20251.0This has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve encountered it doesn’t matter what shift or what time I go in this Wendy’s I always get really crummy service whether it’s it’s usually through the drive-through they have messed up my order multiple times. Their frosty machine was broken for months over the summer and one time. I forgot my debit card and I said I’ll be back in like two minutes so I live right down the street and I came back right when I said I was gonna come back and the employee took the burger. He threw it in the trash still in the bag, took the burger out of the trash and gave it to me and didn’t know that I saw him. I’m not sure if he works there anymore, but I was furious. They aren’t overly friendly actually they’re not really friendly at all. Customer service. Here is awful stay away. Don’t go to this one.
