    ​I am writing to express my absolute frustration and disappointment with a recent order I placed at your establishment. I have never had an experience this poor, and frankly, it was a complete waste of my money. ​I placed my order online, which should have made the instructions clear and easy to follow. I explicitly stated that I did not want Italian bread. However, when I arrived, the employee ignored my request and tried to force Italian bread on me anyway. When I finally looked at the sandwich, it was even worse than I expected. Not only was the bread wrong, but the employee completely forgot to add the bacon. The sandwich was basically empty; there was nothing in it. ​I feel completely ripped off. I paid for a full meal with specific ingredients, and what I received was a dry, incorrect, and incomplete sandwich. It felt like the person behind the counter had no regard for the customer’s request or the quality of the food being served. ​To be honest, the level of incompetence I witnessed was stunning. That employee clearly does not care about his job or your customers, and in my opinion, he should be fired. Service this bad ruins the reputation of your business. If the rating system allowed for it, I would give this experience zero stars. Since I have to give at least one, consider that one star a gift. ​I expect better service and would appreciate a follow-up regarding a refund for this "sandwich.

    I spent 12 dollars on a sub with bread that was so stale I couldn't eat it. I wish I would have noticed before I got home. No wonder subway is going under.

    There were 2 workers and we had a bus load of people. They did an excellent job. I've been to a lot of Subways and these two did an awesome job. Kudos to Haleigh & Quin.
