I've started avoiding it in favor of places like Starbucks or even some of the fast food places around it instead. They often forget parts of my order, ignore additions and subtractions to orders, and serve me burnt or incorrect food. And it's not a matter of my communication with them, my orders go to their store via their phone app! It prints the instructions on paper for them, which one would think makes it difficult to mess up. They still find ways though... Anyway, for some quips: If they made the donuts in-store, I'd be willing to bet they would burn those too (if they even remember to give them to you). If you go during off-peak hours, expect peak-hours coffee to be sold to you, even if it's practically sludge by then.
