I left work to go exchange it for the correct thing and the guy told me he doesn’t know anything about this drink so he gets whoever else was working. She also said she has no clue how to make what I’m asking for and was asking me how to make it, which I have no idea. The drink she tried to make was also incorrect so I threw it away after I left and tried it. Why are you accepting orders you don’t know how to make instead of just saying you don’t know how to make it??

We handed the food back while still at the drive through and told them there was a hair on the food. They handed us back the same bag of wraps just flipped around, when we pulled them out again the same hair was there. We went inside and who I assume was the manager was very rude and came over angrily asking us where the hair was. They were busy, but that's no excuse for this service.
