  The store was quiet but the business was thriving with lunchtime takeaways. Cheerful polite staff, good bagels and croissants. Will be back.

  Customer service has gone down alot, they are very busy for the most part but they have always been very busy since they opened and back then they had great customer service and in the last few years the customer service has been horrible, they are very slow, the employees are not friendly, they walk past you when your waiting for assistance and usually never say good morning, good afternoon, thank you or even have a nice day. I just left the drive thru and the employee did not say anything to me thru the whole transaction. It's sad because they use to be awesome but now its like they just don't care and take your money. It's like they forgot the public got them to where they are and now they act like they don't need us. They need to train the employees in customer service and monitor it moving forward or attract a better employee or look at their management style but something needs fixing for sure.

  If the Indoors of the establishment are open, you would think they would take orders indoors but it’s like a ghost town, you want something simple that shit takes forever via indoors. Crazy to me

  The absolute WORST experience. The manager with red hair that works there is atrocis! She is rude and belligerent to customers. We waited over twenty minutes for two coffees, while this manager proceeded to argue with her staff in front of a line of ten customers asking who's taking the front, while SHE was wiping off syrup containers. This should not be her priority at a busy time of day, she should have stepped up and stepped in like and decent manager would have done. They made my coffee the wrong size and when I noted it this manager and an employee proceeded to talk crap behind the counter so we could hear! Awfully unprofessional, I organized

  Very RUDE service today in drive through a bag was given aggressively and i was told something in a rude way and walked away before i could get a chance to respond! I asked for the girl to come back to the window and she never did. First time getting this horrible service. Immediately asked for a refund! Won’t ever come back to this spot again.
