  Cashier was nice and friendly but that's it. Food is not even of an alright quality, it is straight up bad. Worst part was when we saw an employee take a smoke break with gloves on and return to the visible kitchen, without replacing the gloves, which has got to be some sort of health code violation.

  Yummy food, but I’m making this review because the workers there are so friendly and accommodating. Genuinely good people, who go further than their job requires them too just because they care about the people who come in.

  The food was terrific and the waiting time was only 20 minutes for takeout. Other Pizza shops make you wait 45 minutes to get your take out order. I will definitely come here again.

  Fries absolutely bland and boring. (My fault didn't apply salt.) Can't lie serving was big. Woman cooking was ungloved and touching raw bacon and putting it in. Saw that and thought it was a bit unsanitary, especially if your working back and forth from the counter. Woman also didn't tell me when my order was ready, waited not knowing my food was done, or if it was even my food. Restaurant atmosphere is okay for a Lowell restaurant I guess. Very indecisive for returning here when I come back to this area.

  I ordered the Chicken Caesar from Suppas, but unfortunately the quality was disappointing. The lettuce was wilted and not fresh, and the croutons were noticeably burnt, which affected the overall taste of the salad.
