- RMRichard M1 day ago4.0Just treated myself to dinner at the Outback in Lowell Ma. Overall pretty good. Took awhile to get served but it went well. Ordered the fried coconut shrimp. Delicious. Extra crispy. Had my favorite beer, Stella Artois. That made my day. Not too many places serve it. Ordered the Fillet Mignon with a half rack of ribs, green beans and seasoned rice. Meat was tender. Ribs were delicious. Definitely visiting again!!!!

I called the restaurant expecting nothing to come of it but ALL of the staff& the manager Shweta were absolutely understanding and amazing!! She not only remade my order, but gave me 2 extra meals and dessert for my children! She even offered to send it through DoorDash. I’ve never had anyone go above & beyond the way they did. I couldn’t be more grateful, genuinely. Made my day 1000x better. Thank you!!
