  Waited an hour and half after was told 40-50 minutes. never got a text the table was ready when i finally got seated the waitress told me the kitchen was backed up. The hosts need to step up their game in communication. The restaurant had run out of prime rib the only reason i came. Probably could've saved myself the waiting for nothing had the hosts mentioned anything.

  My Salad was gross 🤮 and looked like they put several salad's together to make mine.....there's one literal soggy crouton at bottom....and I believe the manager served me the mess, not the server.

  We waited after calling ahead, for another 45 mins, to be seated and the only reason I think they even remembered us is because my husband asked what the heck was going on. We sat, ordered food, it took so long it was all cold. We sat for 2 hours total. Tasted good, but the whole experience was pretty bad. There is a reason all the outback steakhouses are going out of business. The steak quality has diminished significantly, even their filets. This is coming from someone who had always loved the outback, so much so, my now husband proposed at the outback in bedford NH 26 years ago (sad, I know). Such a shame.

  It was unfortunate that they seemed to be understaffed this day. Took a long time for our food to be served. Actually saw a few tables walk out.

  Takeout service here is absolutely awful. I waited over an hour for my food, and staff repeatedly said it would be “soon,” which was not the case at all. If you plan on ordering here, don’t be in a rush. There was no staff member or manager organizing orders—employees were popping in and out without tending to waiting guests.
