Even when a side of mashed potatoes was initially forgotten, it wasn’t a big deal at all, as she and another team member quickly made it right. The manager, Shweta, also personally stopped by our table, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The food was incredible. The steak and ribs were cooked perfectly - the ribs fell right off the bone, and the steak was medium just as requested. Our son absolutely loved the mac and cheese, and the staff was very patient and attentive with him, which we truly appreciated. My husband, who we were celebrating for his birthday, was surprised with a sweet, private happy birthday song and the Thunder From Down Under dessert, which was delicious. Our son also got a free dessert during this dining experience- what a treat! With how expensive dining out has become, we’re more selective about where we go, and this location delivered. While the price point is typical for delicious steak and ribs- and delicious- you get what you pay for. The atmosphere was warm, family-friendly, not overly loud, and genuinely welcoming to guests of all backgrounds. Excellent service, excellent food, and a great place for families. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location.
