More recently and specifically, I had a mobile order code that I told to the drive-thru Cashier, and their response was we don't have that code come to the second window. I get to the second window and then they proceed to tell me that I never told them the code and to go back around. The cashier did not admit to saying that he didn't see the code and told me to go to the second window.
