To my surprise, everyone LOVED the food and praised the food as one of the best foods that they have had. The food was amazing. Thank you Chef Munah for making my celebration memorable. Thanks

I wish this was communicated to us because we only have an hour lunch so we were all late coming back to the office. People who came in 20 minutes after us received their food at the same time. Samosas were a 6/10, oily and had no sauce Skewers were a 7/10, slightly burnt Jerk chicken plate 2/10 (coworkers rating), burnt chicken, dry jollof rice, soggy plantains, and there was ketchup on the slaw. Boom Boom chicken sandwich 4/10 (co-workers rating), asked for topping on side, came on sandwich. Replaced yuka fries with regular fries and she liked them. But got toast instead of sandwich bun found in pics online. Fish Stew 8/10, slightly oily but fish was good, tomatoes sauce was good, and rice was fine. The inside of the restaurant was nice, I just wish they sold alcohol. My co-worker ordered a $9 glass of wine. Wine was non-alcoholic (not stated on menu) and she was charged $11 for it. She told them and they corrected the bill. I think this place has potential but needs more staff. They could also benefit from hosting events. Love supporting black owned businesses and would love to see the improvements they make over time.
