  Worst pizza in Lowell! My pizza is always messed up and it’s too much dough!

  I bought $90.00 0f 🍕 pizza Friday night, after getting a ride from Hudson NH. The Hamburg pizzas were burned with all black crust and burnt pieces in the box. The Cheese pizza and the grilled chicken with pineapple had a very flat crust, not rising like usual. I called Espresso Saturday, after finding out the rest of the family had problems with their pizzas. The manager Jay said I was just looking for pity, Wrong I was looking for decent customer service. He was very insulting. I told him we even have pictures of the pizzas in the boxes, since they were not looking very appetizing. We have been going there for over 40 years and usually place a $90.00 order since it not close to home. Jay said I should have called last night and then they would have replaced them. I would have had to find another ride to Lowell. He also said the dough machine wasn't working right last night, so that's why the pizzas crust were flat. With 10 people living in various levels of the house, I was unaware they had problems with their food, as my husband and I. I didn't go checking out everyone's food!. Very Very disappointed in their food and customer service.

  It's and excellent place for dinner, I always enjoy spend time there, the staff is amazing and I want to go back weekley

  Food taste is amazing! BUT it’s hard to get a pizza with cheese on the entire pizza, they have been missing a great portion of the cheese on top only covering about half each slice with cheese and the rest just bibles bread 😩
