- TGT.k GrecoDec 16, 20251.0Some of the workers are on point and I have no complaints when they are on shift , but the majority of the workers here 3/5 times can't make a regular hot coffee without somehow messing it up whether it's giving me a small cup and charging me a large or medium or adding extra cream when I never asked for anything but regular, not sure if it's personal or carelessness but besides the location which is on a convenient area this might be the worst dunkin in the Greater Lowell area and that's probably the nicest way I can put it .

Yesterday I went here and both my drinks were made wrong and I forgot my Sandwich when I came back to get a refund The manager was not there so they told me to come back in an hour. When I came back in an hour they tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund that they would remake my stuff. I did not want my stuff remade. Then the employee who made the food tried to tell me that I took the sandwich twice. So they were accusing me of stealing food that I purchased and never received. Then I told the manager I want my refund. You can look on the camera if you want to to see that I did not get my food. The manager then apologized and gave me my refund. But it is just so ridiculous and very upsetting that I had to go through all of that. I will never go here again .
