    Order was made wrong twice. I asked for an iced coffee with cream, sugar, and flavoring, but received plain coffee with no ice or flavoring both times. Staff remade it, but it was still incorrect. Attention to detail needs improvement

    Horrible service. Yesterday I went here and both my drinks were made wrong and I forgot my Sandwich when I came back to get a refund The manager was not there so they told me to come back in an hour. When I came back in an hour they tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund that they would remake my stuff. I did not want my stuff remade. Then the employee who made the food tried to tell me that I took the sandwich twice. So they were accusing me of stealing food that I purchased and never received. Then I told the manager I want my refund. You can look on the camera if you want to to see that I did not get my food. The manager then apologized and gave me my refund. But it is just so ridiculous and very upsetting that I had to go through all of that. I will never go here again .

    Ordered an iced macchiato with extra espresso, an egg and cheese on a sesame bagel, and a double chocolate donut. What I received was iced milk with one espresso shot, an egg and cheese on a plain bagel with burnt cheese, and a donut variety I’m unfamiliar with. I didn’t place a very complex order.

    i recently moved up the street and just want to say, the team here is very kind and patient even when they’re clearly overwhelmed w orders, and i wanted to specifically shout out Victor who usually works the food- he’s always in a good mood and tries to make customers feel the same.
