The past 2 times they apparently just had my order sitting there, waiting on the donut i ordered - the easiest part about the whole order. The workers honestly seem way too busy chatting with people they know, perhaps employees who aren’t working that day.

I order on mobile and they always forget something, I order through drive thru and they mix up my order and give me something wrong, I order inside and I always have to check to make sure they didn’t forget anything. They seem like they’re always talking with eachother even when taking orders which I usually don’t mind (you should get along with your employees I get it) but when I have to repeat my order five times to the women because she keeps yapping and someone else has to go over the intercom to apologize and thank me, its annoying. I just went through and this happened and I ordered two glazed donuts and they gave me crullers which I don’t like and they didn’t even try to offer me an alternative they just gave me whatever.
