- MBMatthew BeyranevandDec 6, 20251.0I ordered a bagel, egg, and cheese through the app. When I arrived they said they ran out of bagels. So I asked to be refunded for the purchase and they said they could not do it. Had to do it through the app. When I went on the app to do it said the “chat” was down to request it. They said to call the Dunkin customer service. I called and was on hold for ten minutes. Hung up. Never got my food and paid for it. Be aware.
