The quality of the coffee is not the only thing here suffering, I ordered a bagel sandwich with no egg (allergy) with only bacon and cheese instead I got an egg bagel with no cheese or bacon. Maybe instead of the staff hanging around playing on their phones they could put a little effort into their work. Probably the worst location in Lowell. Save yourself a trip and go to Middlesex St. or Chelmsford St.
