My order is always correct, and they do a great job with the refreshers as well as my new favorite drink, the Iced Matcha Latte. The only small issue I’ve noticed lately is at the drive-thru window when ordering through the app. Sometimes they’ll hand me my drink and tell me to have a nice day without realizing I also ordered food or donuts. It’s nothing major, just seems like an occasional oversight. Overall, still my favorite Dunkin’ and I’ll definitely keep coming back.
