Due to my mistake, I decided to call the Dunkin's, apologize, and politely ask if it were possible to hold on making my order until then, and they were really rude to me upon my request. The manager told me "Don't make it happen again," even though I had already profusely apologized and obviously didn't mean to do it the first time either. My boyfriend went to go pick up the order through the drive thru, and one of the employees told the manager they had a mobile order for "Julieanne." The manager came out with "Oh, what? She finally picked up her order?" I understand that it could've been troublesome for them, but I already said sorry, and feel like they could've been a lot nicer about it. Moral of the story, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.
