- MSMichael SalemMar 28, 20261.0I cannot drive and therefore I order my coffee through Uber Eats on the weekends. I order the same coffee. A medium iced macchiato with three espresso shots on the side. The baristas at this location must have a fundamental misunderstanding of the order tickets. My iced macchiato is supposed to have extra mocha and two extra espresso shots. The triple espresso shots I want hot. There are no notes in the order indicating to make the beverages any other way but instead this is what I receive. A cup of chocolate milk and watered-down iced espresso on the side.

- TGT.k GrecoDec 16, 20251.0Some of the workers are on point and I have no complaints when they are on shift , but the majority of the workers here 3/5 times can't make a regular hot coffee without somehow messing it up whether it's giving me a small cup and charging me a large or medium or adding extra cream when I never asked for anything but regular, not sure if it's personal or carelessness but besides the location which is on a convenient area this might be the worst dunkin in the Greater Lowell area and that's probably the nicest way I can put it .
