- MMmarco5 days ago1.0This dunkin is horribly managed and do not issue refunds if they don’t have something. I ordered an item off of the kiosk which they did not have in stock. Obviously if the item is unavailable I wanted a refund and they refused to give it to me offering to make me a different item which I did not want. They were hostile and started swearing at me acting like I was crazy for asking for a refund. This dunkin had no managers present with two employees incapable of customer service. Need to do better this place was completely outrageous and I will NEVER come back.

The chunk of concrete is right there sitting by the hole. It’s ridiculous. I love the staff, and the food is always good, and my coffee is always on point, but that is unsafe and annoying!

- AKAlex KarasoulosMar 3, 20265.0People complaining I don’t think understand all fast food places are slow during rush hour. When it’s not rush hour they make their food very fast and the staff has been quite nice to me. They also cook my hashbrowns on the crispier side which I like a lot.
