- SSSabrina SalmanFeb 9, 20261.0I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost everyday for the past 3 years now, however this past Sunday I had made a mobile order about 20 minutes before I left the house to pick it up (5$ meal deal). When I got there I noticed my order wasn’t ready. I am a first responder and told the man working that day that I am running late for work and am just asking for an update on my order. He then very rudely goes “it’s not my problem you are late.” And continues to be incredibly rude and disrespectful repeating that phrase. I told him I am a healthcare worker and he proceeded to say “I don’t care” in front of other customers. He then did not give me my 5$ meal deal that I already paid for and gave me a coffee order that was incorrect. If we are paying money then we demand respectful service in the morning and an order which we paid for. Moving forward I will no longer be going to this Dunkin, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

- MMMosesNov 25, 20255.0Great staff. Hard to find the building as it blends in 😂 but it looks cool on the inside. Sent wife in to get coffee so my baby didn’t freeze 🥶 cleaned up some since it was cold and there was sugar packets. Sugar was the first monopoly in the USA.
