    Traveling from New Hampshire to do some work on a house in Lexington. Making sure to stop at burgers every morning. Appreciate the exceptional help. I receive from Joey at the Lexington location. He should be an example for all employees. The bagels are excellent and it just makes it better when you get good service

    Our first visit to Bruegger’s. Joey was so enthusiastic to take our order. Their coffee is excellent (we had a hot coffee and an iced caramel coffee) and an excellent variety of bagels and cream cheese. A must visit if you are in the Lexington area. We will be back.

    This is one of the worst establishments I've ever visited. I usually try not to base my opinion on one negative experience. Unfortunately, I've given Bruegger's in Lexington three chances and will never return. Food is ok, service is deplorable. Customer service doesn't exist here and I'm sorry, but waiting 45 minutes for 2 bagels after ordering ahead online is unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, I was then told that one of the bagels were out of stock. All and all, I wasted at least an hour to get a bagel with cream cheese. Cashier couldn't be more rude. If you can make it make sense, go for it. Otherwise, I would not recommend.
