  After sitting in the drive thru line for over 20min, I finally reached the speaker and waited a few extra minutes before someone took my order. There guy was a bit slow on his words and had me repeat myself on the first item I ordered. Another 10 minutes and I'm at the window passing for my order. Same guy that took my order I believe. He didn't seem interested in greeting me when he opened the window. He seemed more preoccupied with his phone. Another few minutes later, I get my food and head home. Upon opening everything, there was multiple long brown hairs in one of my tacos and it looked like that one had a bite taken out. The rest of the food was fine. Just disappointed in this location. I came here tonight because it was local to where I was driving at the time. I just hope that someone sees this review and puts the night shift on a radar for performance.

  Ordered a drink and chicken bites (with 2 sauces). I arrive home to find out no sauce was put in bag. Thanks young employees who can't even do ONE JOB in the dead of night... 12:20 AM, no other customer in sight. Great way to ruin a man's late night snack. LMAO

  Shitty service 5 people behind the counter and it took 2 hours to get a mobile order of 3 soft tacos and two drinks which I only received 1... terrible staff service

  My boyfriend and I have ordered multiple times through the app but you see every time we got our food we got multiple missing items multiple times. If there is certain items that they don’t have then they shouldn’t be advertising it at all. Horrible experience

  Awful. Absolutely awful. My order was very simple. When I got it however, it was stuffed all into one little cup, I got maybe half of everything I paid for because it was all crammed into a tiny container it wasnt supposed to be. I went inside, was very polite in explaining what I thought at the time was just a misunderstanding, only to be met with a rude woman who made it VERY clear that she was reluctant to help me in any way. The way they "fixed" their mistake was to put my order into even smaller containers, all separate. At this point I just want my money back. Yet when I inquired about a refund, the woman behind the counter not only blatantly refused to entertain the thought, but called her coworker over and they both mocked me for having the audacity to ask. Apparently they "did everything the way I asked so its not on them" which was a BLATANT bold faced lie. I politely asked for their names before leaving and for once, was suddenly met with silence. Thats fine. I remember their faces, and I will be back tomorrow to speak with someone about their conduct with customers. Abhorrent and abysmal behavior. Avoid this location.
