- ICIsabela Costa3 days ago1.0I just went to this location with my friend, she ordered a Large Berry Acai refresher and as soon as she said “acai” both workers (teenage girls) started laughing at the way she pronounced it and made her repeat her order. When I ordered the same drink, the worked made me repeat my order as well because they were still too busy laughing at my friends order before. When our drinks came out they were mediums and when I told them we ordered larges we were essentially accused of lying and told we were charged for mediums. Charges for mediums or not, we both ordered larges and both received mediums because the worker was too busy laughing at my friend (a customer) to actually pay attention to what size we ordered. Very disappointing. Not a great experience at all and will not be returning to this Dunkin.

I just left without getting coffee. happens everytime at night. day shift is awesome. young employees just chatting amongst themselves. 1 star, barely.
