I handed back the latte and informed him that I had ordered a strawberry dragon refresher. The guy at the window makes my drink "on the house." I go back three hours later with the hopes of getting a refund, but the shift lead manager tells me that without a receipt, or the drink that was made on the house, I can not get a refund (understandable). The original guy never handed me a receipt, and I have the charge on my debit card. Due to these tragic events, I shall respectfully never order from this location again.
