  As a long time customer of the franchise I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. Gone are the good tasting burgers I remember. I got a number 9 without cheese and fries. The burger I received was a sad tasteless piece of meat. The fries weren’t fresh. I had to ask the kid for new ones. He was respectful though and apologized. There is a lot to be desired here. The burger up on the menu above the register certainly isn’t the burger I received. It’s false advertising and not right. Things have truly changed. It saddens me actually, I could have gone anywhere but always thought DQ’s burgers were a lot better than McD’s. Now sadly to say they are the same. I know in today’s economy the franchise has to make money but it shouldn’t be at the expense of the quality you give the customers.I know my review will not change the thousands of DQ’s in the US but the corporation should do a overhaul of the quality of beef and how they prepare it as well as pricing. Lastly it certainly isn’t worth the $10. I won’t be back.

  Its basically fast food Ice cream treats, but well worth the drive off the beaten path, when you need a blizzard at DQ!

  Come for a blizzard & lunch! Friendly staff & delicious food I got the new peppermint bark blizzard, for lunch I got the flamethrower burger with onion rings
