- AAAnnaMar 26, 20262.0The drink’s good, but the ice definitely stole the show 😂 I know that in some places (I have friends who work at Dunkin’), managers sometimes ask for extra ice to use less product and meet bonus goals. I really hope that’s not the case at this location.
- ICIsabela CostaMar 8, 20261.0I just went to this location with my friend, she ordered a Large Berry Acai refresher and as soon as she said “acai” both workers (teenage girls) started laughing at the way she pronounced it and made her repeat her order. When I ordered the same drink, the worked made me repeat my order as well because they were still too busy laughing at my friends order before. When our drinks came out they were mediums and when I told them we ordered larges we were essentially accused of lying and told we were charged for mediums. Charges for mediums or not, we both ordered larges and both received mediums because the worker was too busy laughing at my friend (a customer) to actually pay attention to what size we ordered. Very disappointing. Not a great experience at all and will not be returning to this Dunkin.
