New store and good bringing in experienced manager to assist in first few weeks. Food was great staff was performing at high level especially considering it is a new store. Wait was minimal and order was to perfection. Definitely a great place to eat and McDonald’s down the road needs to be on high alert because this stores team is getting it done. Thanks and it was nice talking to the Manager on duty.

I have gone to this location a few times. I was excited when they opened. But I must say, I am not pleased with the quality. The burger I got was pretty good, a little soggy. Chili is the best thing they have, and it is very good. But, I ordered the asiago chicken with no tomato, it had hardly and lettuce and sauce, but it did have a tomato on it. They even repeated it back to me correctly when I ordered but still made it wrong. They wait has been long each time I've gone with only 1-2 cars in front of me it took 15-20 minutes to get my food. I hope they see this as something to look out for in the future as I am a fan of Wendy's and would like to see the overall quality improve.

No wonder their shutting down stores, 2 times I've had horrible burgers and both times a flat half soggy bun... This time the bacon on the "baconator" was chewy and barely tastes of bacon.
I was hopeful to have anything open here, but maybe nothing was better than something in this case.

Id give this Wendy's and its staff more stars if I could. I went there last night 11/07/2025 and not only were they fantastic with fixing one of my partner's orders but the way I felt going inside felt better then most places. I was pleased to hear Crystal state to her manager I was the guy who complemented them and me and the manager had a heartfelt moment of a talk how well the staff is. I will be returning more often to this Wendy's. Thank you Crystal for making our time there special and doing an outstanding job. Keep up your bright and cheerful self.

We were the 4th car in line and it took over 20 minutes to get to the window. Then got our order wrong. I said this isn’t right and she just shut the window and walked away. I know it’s new and they are training but man.
