    I was upcharged on a "Free" happy meal reward. The cashier verbally told me it was because I got "extra fries", yet other McDonalds do not upcharge when the apple slices are swapped for an extra baby fry. Then I found the receipt, and saw the upcharge was actually for the soda...which *I* had to fill at the fountain. Again, this is not something that happens at any of my local McDonald's. I am not local to the area, just passing through on my way to visit a family member in the hospital. I was already stressed and literally had no cash on me. I was redeeming the reward for my son and did not eat myself.

    This place needs to be shut down they do not give you fresh food look at your sandwiches the cheese is crusty hard, the buns are hard and dry like it's old or microwave. The place is filthy the manager has long nasty hair around the food with no hair net nor do the female staff. They don't wear gloves while they're prepping the nasty food. This is my 3rd day this week getting food here with the same results. Better off with food from the gasstation. $14.00 for 2 sandwiches, hashbrown n coffee that I had to throw away. Oh and no orange juice all week long

    This is nothing against the workers, however the management is awful. We just went by and the worker said they are the only one working. This is unacceptable for management. Stop overworking your employees.
