There are very few quick options for grabbing a bite throughout the Berkshires and this locations being right off the pike should be a model of quality and efficiency. Instead it’s barely functional. Wait times in excess of 15 minutes are not unheard of. Orders are more often wrong than right, and you’re not even waiting for fresh food in most cases, but cold hard food that’s going right in the trash. Skip this location at all costs. Until it’s under new ownership and the entire staff is replaced it should be avoided at all costs.
