When I remined her of what I ordered, they didn't have it ready, nor did they have any coffee ready. They had to make it. There I sat for another ten minutes. Cars lined up behind me. You'd think they would've said their sorry for the wait and give me the coffee for free. Instead she was miserable, dressed like a slob and I'll never go there again. IDC who you are, a smile goes a long way. Save your money. Place is pitiful.

The foam does not deplete like that in 30 seconds lol, I am a barista and have been for years so I know how drinks work. Also it’s way too sweet!!! This is extremely lazy unacceptable work.

When I asked Jace what he or she would like me to do they said give the food back or they would take my license plate down. A little over the top if you ask me, and I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate as well.
