I’ve visited several times, even when they’re busy, and they still manage to get orders out in a reasonable amount of time and at the right temperature. The food quality is satisfying overall — nothing to complain about — though since it’s a chain restaurant, I don’t expect perfection (just part of my personal philosophy). That’s why I’m giving 4 out of 5 for the food. What stands out the most is the service from two of the managers! I don’t remember their names, but it’s a bilingual woman and a bilingual man. Both are friendly, quick to offer recommendations, and always have a pleasant, short conversation while taking your order. The whole process is fast and professional. This location is definitely different from the Wendy’s between the Common and Hampshire St. that I reviewed earlier, a much better experience here

We were informed that we could use the bathroom next door at the dunkin donuts. Minutes later, man walked in and staff allowed customer into bathroom. Order was incorrect and missing items and well as cold food like it had been sitting there for awhile. We were over charged for our order as well. If you are female or with children, do not visit this location alone for your safety. When you walk in, if you feel the vibe is off and have a gut feeling. Listen to it and leave. Terrible experience and will not be back.
