The staff I encountered were incompetent and rude. The front door was locked even though they accepted a walk in / pick up order from the app. The employee pointed for me to walk around to the drive thru IN THE POURING RAIN! When I got to the window, the girl made it her primary mission to inform me that I placed an order at 6:42 PM when I should have used my crystal ball and known that they close at 7. She gave me the “not my job, not my responsibility” attitude after telling me they were out of eggs and couldn’t make my sandwich as ordered.
I told her, “According to Google, they’re open until 7:00, not 6:42.”
She said, “Well we’re not Google.”
I responded, “It’s your store listing with your business hours on Google”
She said, “I don’t know, I just work here.” as she turned her back to me and walked away. This store is obviously not well managed and the employees both incompetent and incapable of handling themselves professionally with paying customers.

I had someone take my order today. It was the guy over the mic and I asked them politely if they had plain bagels and he lied to me and said yes they did and handed me raisin bagel after I politely requested plane and did not want raisin bagel. I’m actually allergic to grape. The employee simply could’ve just told me the truth that there was no plain bagels and I would’ve been completely fine without it, but instead he lied and said they had plain bagels and gave me a raisin bagel. I wouldn’t have been upset, but it made me upset with the fact that he didn’t take it serious and proceeded serve me a raisin bagel after I stated that I do not want raisin and I do not like wasting food so that was very inconsiderate. My tone was completely polite and respectful so I was in shock that he even did that.
