  The employees prepared my coffee using milk that had been sitting out on the counter. They also split one espresso shot between two coffees. When I requested a refund due to concerns about food safety and product quality, I was told there was no manager available and that I could not receive my money back. This situation is unacceptable. Serving milk that is not properly refrigerated is a serious food safety concern. In addition, refusing a refund without providing management assistance shows a lack of professionalism and accountability.

  have your employees rewatch the video on the day dream refreshers. i feel like im drinking straight oat milk not only that but your employees have so much attitude. It’s not even funny the girl working the ovens didn’t put bacon on my avocado toast when I came in side and addressed the situation after she was done adding bacon to it with attitude, she said next time, make sure you tell them at the speaker that you want bacon I show her the receipt sticker on my avocado toast, which clearly says BCNAVO and she hits me with the they changed the name oh please I literally used to work at Dunkin’s. It’s always been the same, but yeah, don’t waste your time going to the Dunks unless you want your order made wrong and a little bit of attitude. It’s all up to you. I’m not coming here anymore. I know it doesn’t matter, but you think that they would’ve fixed their mistakes or at least trained their employees a little bit better clearly not I don’t think there’s ever been one time where I’ve gotten the right order here and all I ever ask is for an avocado, bacon toast, and a strawberry daydream refresher and they tend to mess it up every time, whether it’s my avocado toast, not being toasted, not having bacon, sometimes not even having everything bagel seasoning or my Sabrina daydream refresher that has either too much oat milk or isn’t mixed and it just looks gross and then when I mix it, it turns completely white and not forget to mention when it comes out hot pink

  The service is terrible. I went yesterday with my husband and we ordered a cold cappuccino. I asked them to add whipped cream, but they didn't. Then I gave it back so they could add it, and the employee made a face as if I wasn't paying for it. It was very uncomfortable, and they were laughing. I don't know what they were talking about with another employee who was there. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to that place. This happened on January 13, 2026, around 9 PM.

  Open hours and no one was there. Lights on and no one showed up after 10 minutes. This is not cute.

  This particular location has a bathroom that hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. I brought it up to the person in charged. She said she would have someone clean it.
