  I'm not sure who's running this place but early in the morning they often have people working who clearly haven't been trained or don't have the skills for the job. You could end up waiting 10 minutes for a coffee. They are frequently out of large cups. I have no idea how this happens so often. I don't know how Dunkin is letting this place franchise their name. It's run so poorly. The reason for 2 stars is that sometimes the people working are competent and kind. It's not the usual, but it does happen.

  This dunkin should be closed. Management is useless, they cant even keep cups in stock, the kitchen is filthy. And the staff could care less. Highly recommend even drinking from river across the street first.

  Very bad service i got left here for a long time I complained they took everyone in drive trough orders and just forgot about my order people walked in and left before me very bad experience here would not recommend

  The staff I encountered were incompetent and rude. The front door was locked even though they accepted a walk in / pick up order from the app. The employee pointed for me to walk around to the drive thru IN THE POURING RAIN! When I got to the window, the girl made it her primary mission to inform me that I placed an order at 6:42 PM when I should have used my crystal ball and known that they close at 7. She gave me the “not my job, not my responsibility” attitude after telling me they were out of eggs and couldn’t make my sandwich as ordered. I told her, “According to Google, they’re open until 7:00, not 6:42.” She said, “Well we’re not Google.” I responded, “It’s your store listing with your business hours on Google” She said, “I don’t know, I just work here.” as she turned her back to me and walked away. This store is obviously not well managed and the employees both incompetent and incapable of handling themselves professionally with paying customers.
