  I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin' drive-thru today. After waiting with no response, I said “hello” twice a few seconds apart just to make sure the system was working. The employee responded by saying, “Are you going to keep saying hello? We’ll take your order when we’re ready.” Even after I placed my order, she continued lecturing me about it, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand that staff can be busy, but a simple “we’ll be right with you” would have been more appropriate. The employee at the window was polite, but the way the order was handled left a very bad impression. Customer service like this is not acceptable.

  Went there on thanksgiving to order a drink. They can’t do espessso or food. What was the point of being open?!?! Terrible!
