I am SHOCKED that the black guy who works the window hasn't been fired in well over a year. It genuinely does not matter what you order at the microphone, because he WILL make you repeat your entire order when you reach the window, and only then will they start making your food (which will still be wrong). He will give you an attitude as if its YOUR fault that he couldn't perform the literal only task he has to perform. When you get to the second window youre met with somebody who speaks perfect english, Why not put them on the Mic?!?!
This isn't just one experience, this is what happens every single time I go there which is probably about a dozen times a year.

I normally go to this McDonald's because the food is always fresh and employees are great. Except for yesterday, Dec 20th.
Only 1 employee was speaking English. The person who took care of the indoor register was rude. They weren't busy at the time and we waited almost 5 minutes, and most the food wasn't fresh. They screwed up a very easy order and when I brought the item back to the front the people in the grill started yelling in another language. And as my husband and myself sat in the dining area there was an employee who was either waiting to punch in or waiting for his ride watching videos on his phone where every other word was the F word, amongst other swears.
Very unacceptable behavior.

Just a heads-up for anyone coming to this location: this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten food that looks like this.
I don’t expect perfect presentation from McDonald’s, but I do expect something that’s at least put together and edible.

This place is a BIG NO!! Went through drive-thru at 12:26 p.m. on a very rainy Monday afternoon. Ask for a quarter pounder with cheese and lettuce and tomato and onions and pickles and nothing else also ordered two kids meals and a big mac. The woman asked me if I wanted a Big Mac meal and I said no just a single Big Mac she was very nice she said thank you and repeated the order back to us. She then told us to drive up. We paid and then drove up to the pickup window. When we got our food we checked it and there was no Big Mac. We looked at the receipt and we were not charged for a Big Mac, apparently even though the woman asked me if I wanted a meal and I said no just a plain Big Mac and she repeated it back to me somehow she failed to put it on the order. We told the woman at the pickup counter and she wasn't real happy about it but she did ring me up for a Big Mac I gave her my credit card and we waited for her to bring the big mac. While we were waiting for the Big Mac my daughter opened up her Quarter Pounder and at which time she realized that there was no lettuce and tomato on it but then we looked on the receipt and you can clearly see that the woman did not put lettuce and tomato, even though she repeated the order back to us and said lettus and tomato she once again failed to put that on the receipt. When the woman brought us the Big Mac my daughter said to her I was supposed to get lettuce and tomato on my Quarter Pounder and it's not on here at which point the woman at the window stared at us and made no comment whatsoever we waited for a response and we could tell she was not going to give us one. It was quite obvious that this woman really did not give a crap and she did not want to take that quarter pounder back and put lettuce and tomato on it. And so after another moment my daughter said ,are you kidding me, and we just left. I would like to say that we were the only people at the drive-thru and there was nobody inside, there was nobody even in the parking lot. There were no cars anywhere. Just us and they couldn't get the order right. As far as the food was concerned it was all pretty much room temperature. Do yourself a favor don't ever go to this McDonald's.
