They sent out a customer email survey which I filled out and shortly got a "we are so sorry" response with a promise of a refund. End of month credit card statement arrives...nothing, no refund. Lots of talk about customer service but no action.

The cooks seemed more interested in the nice girl at the register than cooking the order right. I do hope you can fix these problems or you will lose business fast.
