- PTPeter “Tasp01”Mar 14, 20261.0Worse stop and shop of them all. Went in to get a pound of chicken salad and a couple of rolls to make sandwiches. Went to the deli to ask for a pound chicken salad, I was told I would have to take from the pre packaged section. I told them I would rather it be packaged now and they told me I have no choice since they already filled containers that day. I didn't ask but im sure i would have to also take the pre sliced and packaged cold cuts as well. Don't understand they were not busy at all, I was the only customer at the deli. I stop in this store twice a week . But no longer. Pretty sure the woman who refused me was some type of deli manager because the kid got her to tell me the same. LAZY!!!

I spoke with him on the phone while doing an online pickup Sunday night and only was he super rude, HE HUNG UP ON ME THREE times as I was talking. Stop and shop Truman Parkway, is this the customer service you allow your supervisors/employee role models to exhibit?
- BTBritney TJun 28, 20241.0Zero stars for a zero experience. Whoever the little girl is with Down syndrome that bags the groceries, is rude. Very rude. No I will not use her impairment as an excuse for her behavior, (because that wouldn’t be fair to do right? Her impairment did not stop her from getting her job.) i am going to base it solely on the color of my skin. That is the reason she was rude and unprofessional. Whoever her manager is, tell her that when someone says thank you, the proper response is 1) to SPEAK and 2) say you’re welcome.
