I tried to place an order at the drive-thru today, and the employee didn't understand the order and didn't even bother to try to understand it. Besides that, she was the rudest fast-food employee I've ever encountered; she seemed like she didn't want to be there.

You get 1 free sauce with your combo but they never put the sauce in the bag and then they try to charge you for the sauce even though they didn't give you it in the 1st place. Then you have to get in a business negotiation with the drive thru to get the sauce. Also they only ask the 1st combo sauce then assume you want the same one for every combo even when you say different ones. Then they make you do a sauce swap to fix it. Just give me the sauce man I'm not paying for it.
