- TTtOct 26, 20252.0Afternoon of 10/25/25, quick trip to the deli. Beautiful stocked store. No one but me at the counter. Older gentlemen fidgeting with slicer. Im standing for a solid minute. No "hello" or "just a minute please". Took a number. Still just me. Stood there listening to entire song on speakers (2 more minutes?) No interaction whatsoever. Thought maybe I should ask at next section over for help? Takes a ham that's been in the slicer and just lays it on counter beside him and asks if I need something. Gave order on one thing I needed. Another employee comes from side (a woman clearly coming back from a chore) and asks why ham is not wrapped. He makes those 'mouth noises with hand' thing and I see him mouthing: "blah, blah, blah". She wraps the ham. I'm not sure what this was but this guy made me uncomfortable and and for the price we pay for food this kind of weird is not for me. Maybe in February when we need more entertainment and have time on our hands? First world problems, sure, but I'm going to skip this location.
