  I start every day enjoying coffee hazelnut Mike is very nice and has good customer service really take good care customers satisfaction all staff very friendly and dedicated I prefer this place its best place in cape cod I like cranberry & orange cake.Panera bread is the best also offer rewards.

  I did a pickup order here and when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready. I waited around 35 minutes and no employee would even make eye contact. One young man was very entertained by 2 lady customers… giggling and carrying on while I waited. They got there about a half hour after me. They both ordered the Mac and cheese and some other stuff. I watched him hand it to them and then finally, he acknowledged me and guess what? They never made my to go order and now they’re out of Mac n cheese (half my order.) At this point I need a refund for the entire order as half my family wouldn’t get to eat and now I need to scramble and come up with something else they’d want and bring it home after carefully selecting this already and getting everyone’s order together. But noooo this guy wants to lollygag around in the back before taking his sweet time to come do the transaction as slow as possible bc he obviously didn’t want to or know how. Now he refuses to give me a receipt or any proof of refund at all. He pushes me to my absolute limit with this smug behavior and attitude. I called corporate over this and named names. Ruined my night and could’ve just apologized, refunded and sent me on my way, but nope. Attitude.

  My wife and I visited Panera Bread on January 12th, 2026, around 5:20 PM. We had a $150 gift card, but the cashier couldn’t figure out how to use it and treated us as if we were a nuisance from the start. We asked for a manager, who was just as rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Even after we verified the card’s funds with customer service right in front of them, they still refused to help and told us we would need to call Panera Bread customer service ourselves. When we stepped away to make that call, they thought we had left and began talking badly about us, using vulgar language and insulting us. Once we returned and revealed that we had heard everything, they quickly scurried away into the back. When we asked for the store number to file a complaint, they wouldn’t even look us in the eye. The entire experience was utterly disrespectful and embarrassing. Other customers even overheard the insults. This treatment is completely unacceptable, and I truly hope Panera Bread takes action. I'll never set foot in this place again and I suggest you don't either unless you want to be disrespected, treated like crap. Act like you're bothering them because they have to do their job. And end up leaving with no food even though you had valid source of payment. This location is absolutely horrible. I've never been more disrespected or embarrassed in my whole life. Two thumbs way down

  I ordered a breakfast sandwich and paid for it and then 20 minutes later they decided that they couldn’t make an egg because it was too late. Manager was on a power trip
