My wife and I visited Panera Bread on January 12th, 2026, around 5:20 PM. We had a $150 gift card, but the cashier couldn’t figure out how to use it and treated us as if we were a nuisance from the start. We asked for a manager, who was just as rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Even after we verified the card’s funds with customer service right in front of them, they still refused to help and told us we would need to call Panera Bread customer service ourselves.
When we stepped away to make that call, they thought we had left and began talking badly about us, using vulgar language and insulting us. Once we returned and revealed that we had heard everything, they quickly scurried away into the back. When we asked for the store number to file a complaint, they wouldn’t even look us in the eye.
The entire experience was utterly disrespectful and embarrassing. Other customers even overheard the insults. This treatment is completely unacceptable, and I truly hope Panera Bread takes action. I'll never set foot in this place again and I suggest you don't either unless you want to be disrespected, treated like crap. Act like you're bothering them because they have to do their job. And end up leaving with no food even though you had valid source of payment. This location is absolutely horrible. I've never been more disrespected or embarrassed in my whole life. Two thumbs way down

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and paid for it and then 20 minutes later they decided that they couldn’t make an egg because it was too late. Manager was on a power trip

I traveled through this location, ordered the food ahead and just needed a quick bathroom stop. But ew!The women's bathroom was terrible. The trash can was overflowing and so was the trash in the bathroom stalls. Hopefully the kitchen doesn't look the same way
