  The last 5 times I’ve been there I’ve ordered a large fry and they only fill it up half way.

  Online ordering is a mess. We thought we’d make it easy and order online so it could be all set when I get there since I was picking it up, after waiting in a long line of cars the person at the window asked me what I ordered. My friend placed the order so I couldn’t recall everything that was in it, don’t you have this information in front of you with the code I gave at the speaker? Person at the window was super confused so I pulled up what was in the order but I ended up being handed a bag of items that weren’t ours. I told the person at the window and she said “it’s fine, have a nice day” and closed the window. Massive line behind me and it wasn’t worth the battle so I drove off. Granted the order had way more than what we ordered, but if I had to guess there was probably a mix up and our order was given to someone else and we received their order. They were probably pretty disappointed since it was a large order. I know from personal experience that things can hectic in fast food - I just don’t understand why the store isn’t prepared with the online orders that were made ahead of time. If you are going to be offering online ordering then you should be equipped to handle it and give folks the correct orders they made ahead of time. There was no care or effort from the staff to make things right, just gave me whatever to move onto the next customer.

  these people overnight are the lazy people and most miserable bc j ordered doordash and i asked for no pepper sauce and tomato and i asked for them to addf ranch they gave me a plate with no ranch no bun and of course when i called them and told them about it he didn’t even care he was like ok ok like ok buddy i am wasting my money here for yall to not do my order right will not b ordering here late night ever again n u should not either bc the guy there is miserable and will b rude like 0 stars this place
