I ordered two bowls and they took half the toppings from 1 bowl and put it on the other bowl. One was extremely spicy and the other shouldn’t have been at all, but these people messed it up so much that they took half the spicy stuff and put it in the correct bowl, then the other half of the spicy stuff in the wrong bowl. My order that was supposed to have toppings on my bowl didn’t have any, they were all put onto the other bowl. My husbands bowl that was supposed to have pico and sauces and other stuff was put into my bowl. They probably should have noticed they royally messed these up when one was so full it almost couldn’t close and the other was so empty it literally had chicken rice and pico plus a bunch of spicy sauce and that’s it. What an actual joke. The order was right in front of your face and you still messed it up this badly.

I’ve eaten here four times in the past year and each visit has been the same. The staff morale seems very low and their customer service is severely lacking. The staff on the line has listened to loud music and not interacted with me or has literally been on their personal phone while taking my order. Each time i’ve been here i’ve felt like an inconvenience to the workers. For some reason they never stocked knives with their plasticware and when i asked for one the staff was annoyed i asked and said they don’t have them there. I like freshly brewed iced tea to drink and this location does have it on their menu but the tea container has always been empty when i’ve been there. I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I’m hoping the manager of this location will see this and make some changes. With all the other restaurant options in the Highland Common Shops, i’ll be choosing the other restaurants over Qdoba. Please bring changes to this location so the workers morale improves.
