  If I could give this place -5 star, today would be the day. I went to the drive thru to order a “golden hour refresher with green tea” and the lady on the drive thru asks me “what’s that??” So i repeated my order “a golden hour refresher with green tea” and she was still silent so I started naming the ingredients because the Dunkin employee doesn't know her drinks… as I was naming the ingredients she cuts me off and says she “couldn’t serve me because I was being rude”. For one I wouldn’t be rude to someone who is serving me drinks or food, I’ve worked in fast food service before… I know how that goes… I had my husband in the car who was driving but I still had to be the one to talk over him because he refuses to order anything at this specific location. This is also the same location in which one time I ordered my usual “golden hour refresher” and I asked for extra concentrate and she told me they couldn’t add extra concentrate… that’s like a customer asking for extra sugar and you guys say no you can’t have extra sugar…. Ridiculous. Besides trainings on products you guys sell maybe train them for customer service too bc they are awful.

  Nice place, good prices on gas and cigarettes. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of. The store is clean and the people that work there are friendly
