- ZZZJDec 1, 20252.0Disappointing and unfriendly service. Upon entering, we were told that they aren’t serving hot foods but the couple who placed a mobile order before us had gotten their hot sandwiches. While ordering, the staff taking our order was very dismissive, interrupting us, and seemed disinterested in her job. We had asked for a bag before we left and was told she doesn’t have any as she walked away, though the bag was right next to her. Will not be coming back again.

Nicely asked for a top off and the lady stared at me like I had three heads and then topped it up about half an inch without saying a word. The strangest service I’ve ever encountered.

Was waiting for over almost 15 minutes, only four people ahead of me. By the time I got frustrated and walked out, there were still 2 people ahead of me. Even people who had put in mobile orders were turning around and walking out after waiting a few minutes. Slowest Dunkin ever.
