- DRDaniel RappJan 31, 20261.0DONT GO HERE EARLY IN THE MORNING IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY 40+ MINUTES LATE TO OPEN. Multiple times I've put in a pre order and had to abandon them because the employees and morning manager were over 40+ minutes late to open the store. MULTIPLE TIMES. I hate leaving bad reviews, but when I have to go to another Dunkin Donuts (spend another 10-12 minutes going out of my way) and pay again (that morning I happen to be spending more than most, where I spent $15, so $30 by the time I was on my way to work again) You would have thought I wanted a $100 gift card when I went back in the next day (waited until 8:30 to give the morning crew enough time to be late and then make it in) and asked them to make my precious days order at no cost. The employee literally asked me what it is that I wanted her to do. I asked if there was a manager. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication, but the manager didn't come out. To top it off, they missed half my order and I was forced to speak up again after the 4 customers behind me for the coffees and food and left.

Upon entering, we were told that they aren’t serving hot foods but the couple who placed a mobile order before us had gotten their hot sandwiches. While ordering, the staff taking our order was very dismissive, interrupting us, and seemed disinterested in her job. We had asked for a bag before we left and was told she doesn’t have any as she walked away, though the bag was right next to her. Will not be coming back again.
