When I pointed it out, the staff didn’t seem to care much. This kind of mistake happens almost every time I visit. On Saturday morning, I ordered a hot coffee but got an iced coffee instead. I also always ask for almond milk, but most of the time they give me regular milk, which is very frustrating. I’m not the type of person who complains or asks them to remake my coffee if it’s not exactly what I ordered, but since these mistakes keep happening so often, I felt I should write a review. I really like this franchise overall, but this location needs to pay more attention to customers’ orders.
