This time I had a big order which granted could be prone to mess ups and they forgot one of my bagels. I asked for another one and they gave it to me except it was rock solid and did not have any cream cheese in it when I clearly payed extra. When I got cream cheese there was barley any on it. Was dissapointed. Only giving 2 stars for the best worker there Leticia, shes very nice and gets my orders right and perfect. I was so disspointed in my bagel I couldnt even chew it. And its hard to communicate with that especially when my orders wrong most of the time please get better at your services!! I have a picture if the dunkin team wants to see.
