    Asked for leave at door with a note NOT to ring doorbell. Delivery guy rapid rang five times and woke kids, and it’s not the first time.

    Worst experience ! 4 times now and same thing . Never going to order again!!! It’s not cooked 4 times in a row despite choosing well done, toppings are scarce and taste feels weird . Tired of this place now

    I’ve been ordering from this location for about 2 years, and today was by far the worst experience. The delivery driver dropped my food directly on the ground in the wet dirt and didn’t even wait 10 seconds for me to get to the door. It’s been raining for the past two days — no human should be expected to eat food that’s been sitting in that. When I called the store to report it, the first employee lied and claimed to be the manager. Then another person got on the phone, saying he was the manager — and when I told him about the lie, his exact response was: “Well what do you want me to do about it.” He even tried to claim they “always” put food on the ground, which is simply not true based on my years of ordering here. I ended up throwing the food out, ordering from another location, and I will be fighting the charge with my card. Unprofessional, dishonest, and just a terrible way to handle customers.
