- JCJeff Crum2 days ago1.0Truly terrible customer service at this location. Placed a mobile order and when I arrived I was told they didn’t have it, and they told me to order it again. So I did only to then have them tell me they had the order after all, but they couldn’t refund me or even give me a gift card for the double order. Told me to come back and see the manager. Did that and he still wasn’t there and there was apparently nothing they could do and that I needed to come back again. And I suppose guess and hope the manager is there when I come back yet again? Truly terrible and pathetic way to treat customers.
